A constant demand for large-scale computational analysis of microbiological data arises due to the challenge of antimicrobial resistance, the low rate of new antimicrobial compound discovery, and the prevalence of microbial pathogens. On the intersection of informatics, experimental microbiology, and clinical application, the Chair for Clinical Bioinformatics is looking for a junior bioinformatician with a completed master’s /PhD degree in bioinformatics or related to join our chair.
